Revolutionary New Tools for the Well Drilling Industry!
Chase’embackTools™ of Kelseyville, California has developed and patented
a new reverse thread chaser tool that will revolutionize the well drilling
industry! Our tools are made in America out of Registered American 01 tool
steel. Our dies have a Rockwell hardness of 60 and brought down to a 50
hardness to make them strong enough to withstand the hammering and
beating they take in the well drilling industry. They are hard enough to
reform bent and damaged threads on ‘grade 8’ B.O.P. bolts. . They are six point 2 ½ inches OD
dies with 8 threads per inch. This size fits the nuts for most B.O.P. bolts and studs. These
tools are hinged to wrap around good threads and have a screw-in fastener. They can be
used in power plants, refineries, and pipelines, anywhere they are needed for cleaning rusted,
corroded and damaged threads.
The Chase’emback™ system is fast and easy! Simply place the appropriate thread chaser
around the good treads of the stud or bolt. Apply an appropriate lubricant or cutting oil to the
stud or bolt threads. Use a hammer, wrench or tool to work the thread chaser clockwise and
counter clockwise until the damaged or rusted threads are rejuvenated. It's just that easy. We
can fix your threads! They are the greatest timesaver since 'sliced bread'! Time is money
saved! No more thread files, wire brushes, etc.
Chase’embackTools™ has been manufacturing automotive, industrial and construction tools
for ten years. We will continue to develop new tools with coarse and fine threads, and left and
right threads. Both will be available in standard SAE and Metric threads.
Chase Em' Back Tools™ manufactures tool sets for uses other than just bolts and wheel
studs on most cars and light trucks. If you have a newer vehicle, there is a set of Chase Em'
Back Tools™ with a unilug system for right hand threads. There is another set of Chase Em'
Back Tools™ for the ball and seat lugs of older vehicles. This set has both right and left hand
threads.
